We can all agree, going on dates with your partner is great but, sometimes you need some time with the fellas to get in that male bonding and get that testosterone flowing.

Men are fueled by testosterone and driven by sex. So while we know you will gladly sit next to your love and watch Twilight for the 49th time in hopes that it will turn into Netflix and chill, there comes a time when you, as a man, need an outlet. You need to be surrounded by competition, a healthy dose of trash-talking and other men who will challenge you in ways that your partner can't. This is where a guy's night comes in and, don't be afraid of making a whole day out of the male camaraderie either. Keeping these interactions regular will transform your mental health and even help improve your relationship with your significant other. Thank us later.

Deep-Sea Fishing

There's something so classic and timeless about male bonding over fishing.

You're enjoying a cold beer off the coast of beautiful Florida, soaking in the sun and laughing it up with your boys when notice your reel. You pick it up, you've definitely hooked something. You've got your whole squad behind you cheering you on as you reel this bad boy up. You bring him on board. A nice, hefty king fish. You all high-five and take another swig of your beers. Life is good. As if that isn't good enough, the best part is watching the captain fillet your fish when you dock, walking over to the local restaurant, and handing them your fresh catch to cook up for you to eat after a long day at sea. Recharged, full, and happy.

We sent the fellas out with Sea Leveler Sport Fishing Charters and they did not disappoint! The charter left promptly at 7am from Cape Canaveral and the trip cost about $150 per person for 3/4 of a day out at sea. The amount of fish they came back with from their trip was worth the cost alone.

A Day at the Paintball Field

A rush of adrenaline, the healthy competition, and unleashing a week's, month's, or year's worth of pent-up frustration and stress and leaving it on the field. Who's in?

A few good rounds of paintball can take the edge off of even the most stressful of weeks. The bragging rights for laying a stream of paint on your boy Ricky after he was talking smack will surely last a lifetime. As if that wasn't good enough of a reason to head out to the field, there are so many health benefits from which you benefit. There are no two games that are alike so for those of you that hate the predictability and routine of the gym, paintball adds such variety that you won't even realize you're working out (until you're reaching for the water... Florida is HOT!). Improving your endurance and increasing your strength while also working as a team to beat out the competition; your self-confidence is bound to get a boost, queue endorphins.

Drive an Exotic Racecar

When the Fast and the Furious first came out, we went to see it on opening night. It was highly anticipated, especially for those in the car community. I remember walking out to the parking lot after the movie and seeing all of the cars revving their engines, fireballs shooting out of the back, and turbos spooling. Most of the cars there were your standard, run-of-the-mill turbocharged cars, the Mitsubishi Evo, Toyota Supra, Subaru WRX, and Mazda RX-7. The cars that had everyone really ooh-ing and ahh-ing were the foreign imports; the Lambos and Ferraris parked right upfront. Everyone was thinking the same thing "what I wouldn't give to get behind the wheel of THAT thing". Well, you can!

There are experiences right here in Florida where you can drive exotic supercars around a track (in a controlled environment of course). Nothing would make this experience better than having your boys there just as hype as you to be behind the wheel of one of their many supercars. Off-Road In Style

We used to have a decked-out, lifted Jeep and would go off-roading at any given opportunity, especially when it had just rained. There was something about that clay flinging up in the air and all over the jeep while you're doing donuts in the middle of the woods that would just bring unmatched bliss. Don't have a Jeep, you don't need one. Grab the fellas and an ATV, a Mighty Duck (an amphibious 8-wheel vehicle), or a buggy for an afternoon of off-roading and trail rides through the beautiful Florida landscape. You'll have a great time, you'll have stories to tell and you will get dirty!

Work Together to Escape

What man doesn't want to be the hero? To be the mastermind behind why you all made it out of the hardest room in record time? As boys, you play cops and robbers, cowboys and Indians, looking for recognition for your part in good prevailing over evil. An escape room puts your problem-solving skills to the test while immersing you in the world of pretend that as an adult male, you don't get to visit very often, if ever.

If not for anything else, it's a really good feeling to solve a problem or a puzzle that has everyone else stumped. We've booked quite a few escape rooms yet we've never come across anything like what they offered at The Bureau Escape Rooms. First, they don't use a lock and key or code method in their rooms which hooked us from the beginning. It's incredibly immersive with a level of detail that we haven't seen in any of the other rooms we've tried. We can only imagine the hilarity that is sure to ensue when you combine a group of male friends in a room and tell them to escape so if you do try this one, please send us the video. Regardless of the outcome, we're sure that you'll make unforgettable memories, some good laughs, and bragging rights if you make it out.
